LUDDESDOWNE CRICKET CLUB - LAUNCH OF PATRONS SCHEME

The forthcoming 2009 season will be an historic occasion for Luddesdowne Cricket Club. On the 19th April, the club will open a new, purpose built pavilion. This will not only bring greatly improved facilities for both players and visitors, but also provides a building sympathetic to the unique and beautiful setting of the Luddesdowne valley.

As you will appreciate, this has been a major undertaking and is the culmination of several years of planning and hard work by many members of the club. In large part, it has only been possible thanks to a number of very generous financial donations.

Of course, having our own pavilion brings increased and additional costs such as insurance, utility and maintenance, to name but a few. These will be on top of the normal, annual running costs for which the club continues to be responsible.

In response to this, and in order to bring much needed new funding to the club, Luddesdowne Cricket Club is pleased to announce the launch of a Patrons Scheme, known as The Friends of Luddesdowne Cricket Club.
